We are committed to customer satisfaction by providing the best products, the lowest price available with knowledgeable and courteous customer service.

We will match 100% on any advertised or written quote from any authorized dealer on identical product plus 10% of the difference. Price match guarantee on Traeger Grills are only applied to the local service area of Saunas Plus.

Please provide website or written quote for price match guarantee. Submittals are only accepted once per order, Saunas Plus has the right to refuse any price match submittal, if thought to be presented under false pretence.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping within the lower 48 states on sauna rooms packages only. Local deliveries for grills, heaters and accessories done in house, all other orders will have shipping charges added per shipment. Misc. orders are shipped UPS and All sauna packages and Grills are shipped common carrier truck line with curbside delivery, need to be present to inspect, sign and take delivery off the truck.

Return Policy

Items returned within ten 10 days of receipt for refund or exchange (less shipping charges incurred by Saunas Plus) Items must be returned at customers expense, in new condition and in the original box with manufactures packaging and information.

Custom order sauna packages are not returnable.

All returns need a RPA number (return product authorization) Please contact Saunas Plus to request RPA number. No returns will be accepted without RPA number.

Cancellations

Custom sauna orders can be cancelled with-in 72 hours of ordering

All other orders can be cancelled with-in 24 hours of ordering

Warranty

Most products come with a 1year manufacturer’s warranty. Saunas Plus does not provide any additional warranty beyond manufacturer’s warranties.

Refusals

Any item refused for delivery by a commercial shipping company, other than damaged or shipping error by Saunas Plus, will be charged 20% restocking fee plus all shipping charges incurred by Saunas Plus which includes items sent with the promotional free shipping.

We respect your right to privacy and will not share any of our customer’s information with any other parties for any purpose other than to complete the sale and shipment of your order.
